Team Ultraviolet is a 23 member FIRST FRC robotics team composed of 50% girls and 60% students of color. Their primary values are equity and inclusion. They have spent the past 7 months learning skills and having fun building a 125 lb competition robot to perform a series of challenges. Team Ultraviolet welcomes high school students interested in engineering, design and business to join them in promoting, funding and growing their organization. All ages are welcome to join this remote talk to hear about how and why they formed their team, learn about their design process, and see a demonstration of their awesome robot!
