About the event

WEF is proud to sponsor an evening with Dr. Rachel Kramer. Please join us for a conversation about how to help children build skills for managing stress and worries.  Dr. Kramer will share cognitive behavioral strategies for managing stress.  She will present specific strategies for building a coping toolbox and will offer many practical tips and tools.  There will be ample time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

For a preview of this talk please visit Dr. Kramer's parent newsletter -- it is full of helpful tips for parents and caregivers!

This presentation is designed for parents and guardians of elementary and middle school students and is open to the entire WPS community. This is an adult only event, no children please.

Admission is free but we kindly ask that you please RSVP for the event so we know how many people to expect. We look forward to seeing…
